Carmel Sauce

Carmel Sauce 

1/2 cups real butter 
1 1/2 cups brown sugar 
3/4 corn syrup 
1 can sweetened condensed milk

Boil over med heat for 5 minutes-stirring continually-then add 1tsp vanilla & pinch salt 
Great with apples (serve warm)
